  • Your subscription will not automatically renew for the next billing period
  • No partial refunds will be issued for the unused portion of the current billing period

Technical Issues

If you experience significant technical issues with our apps that:

  • Substantially prevent the functionality promised in the app description
  • Cannot be resolved by our support team within a reasonable timeframe
  • Are confirmed by our technical team to be caused by our services

Billing Errors

Refunds may be issued in cases of:

  • Duplicate charges for the same subscription
